A host runs an organic farm, which produces a wide range of vegetables. The reason why they do the organic farming is that vegetables they grow without pesticides and chemical fertilizers are delicious and healthy, they want to offer those vegetables to customers in order to help them to live a healthier happy life as well as they like to work with the feeling of every life on earth and seasons. They also host trainees who study agriculture in universities. You will have a lot of chances to learn about organic farming with them and enjoy nature in Nagano prefecture.

Requirement:
You should be between 18 and 40 years old. The host accepts only one person at one time. Specific background is not required but you must have an interest in environmental /agricultural issues and organic farming, as well as enjoy physical outdoor work and a life in country. Basic Knowledge of Japanese language is preferred.
Language Opportunity:
You will work with Japanese staffs and trainees; You have a plenty of opportunities to practice Japanese during your stay.
