2022 was a year full of challenges for us and nothing promises to be any different with the Year of the Rabbit 2023. At ICHIGO®, we regularly create scenarios of possible events (although life is like life - it writes its own), thanks to which we always try to be ready to adapt . New services that meet new expectations, openness, regular internal audits and the ubiquitous kaizen philosophy will help us survive and reach new heights. Still and invariably, people are at the center of our attention - both customers and our team. I thank the former for their trust, and the latter also for their effort and passionate initiative. Finally, I would like to wish everyone this year that despite the unfavorable circumstances and the continuing, catastrophic inflation, we will not give up and in health, with enthusiasm, change for the better and enjoy life.
